I have defined named views in a file. My building has now been moved and rescaled. Is there a way I can re import my views so that they offer the same point of view depending on the origin point of the building. Can I relocate a set of views? Many thanks for your advice.

there are those commands under the viewport names but other than those you can activate the camera, place a point where the camera is and then scale it the same way you have scaled your objects then take the coordinates of the scaled point and run the command place camera and target and define the new location.
this technically should work but never tried so let me know if it does;)

It would be quickest to simply re define all your named view-ports. Look at old renderings. When you have the perspective view-port active, you can hit F6 to make the camera visible in your other viewports. IF YOU KNEW EXACTLY HOW YOUR MODEL HAS CHANGE, MOVED, OR BEEN SCALED then you could simply bring up an old viewport, make the camera visible and apply the various modifications to it.
