Ok guys, sorry for really late response, but here is the category. You can set up small challenges, maybe once per month or two weeks. Set a theme, and lets get things started.
If you have a question, or suggestion, please let me know here. To create new challenge, just create new topic with subject something like "Challenge #1 - Theme name" or something similar, just so we can track things later on.

Hi ivan, some days past and nobody ansewrs ?
I liked the ideia.Maybe you can create categories like: eletroncis, robotics, architecture, hardmodelling, speed modelling, beginner modelling, render challenge.
i'm think some like you ( or anybody else) give us some theme like "model a modern decorated house and render it" and the time to finished the challenge. So, we all try ours bests and see the results.. what do you think ? Or you give us a simples model and we render it to see the best results. I think that really nice if the winner of the challenges could make a tutorial of the model, render and all the work, so the forum will be full of tutorials, and even better !

or even better we set polls for challenges and decide collectively which ones we want to take!!

I think it would be better if we had one per week or two weeks. That way some of them won't get neglected for not being able to participate because people already participate in the other one.
So, Packe lets keep yours for the next week or month. I think the 1 month period should be fine, so everyone gets to try the challenge. And after each contest finishes, there should be vote topic opened where we can vote for the best model/render.
Plus, I will move all the WIP threads to this one, because it is challenge, not general WIP. ok?

I want to suggest a new Contest. I know the forum is a little calm right now but i hope everybody back soon ! I was developing a iron for phillips competition, maybe we can "use" this to do for us. We can do a product competion, with a real product. I was thinking something like :
1- redesign a remote control.How the RC will be in 2020 ?
2- Computer case design
3- Keychain design
There is 3 samples. Its simple product, but we can travel to the creative design and go hard in the modelling. And to complete will be lovely if everybody can record the modelling process to create new tutorial. What do you think ?
