Rendering / Electric Image EIAS V8 Renderer
« on: September 21, 2011, 07:45:33 PM »
Hi,

Anybody here have ever use this renderer with Rhino?
Is it any better then Flamingo nxt or Brazil?
I understand EIAS do not have plug-in for Rhino.
I'm more concern in the flexibility and speed of the renderer and final render result.

Modeling / Model A Water Tap
« on: August 02, 2011, 03:16:05 AM »
Hi Rhino user,

I've just run into problem modeling a water tap.
I wonder what tools will you use to model a tap like this to create a smooth surface?

So far what I've done is to create the curve and use network surface.
I think I'm doing it wrongly in a way they never get join up.

Any advice?

Hi,

In Rhino is there an easy way or the way which you guys prefer to draw north arrow on a floor plan?
I wonder is there a function as easy as the Annotate?
Click and drop wouldn't it be great?

Troubleshooting / Move Out Of Possition
« on: January 23, 2011, 08:47:48 PM »
Hi, I've been a user for more then 3 months now.
Some strange problem after I install on my desktop I've encounter since.
When I move an object in front view port, I do see it is going up but,
in perspective view, it is going not only up but side way to the other side, out of control.
Is there some setting I fail to adjust, when to my desktop installation?
